Privacy
We are not collecting brains, or data
Browsing Zombie Scholar needs no account and sets no cookies.
What the site stores
Two preferences, if you choose them: light or dark theme, and whether fan humor is hidden. They are kept in your browser's local storage on your device, are never sent to us, and disappear when you clear your site data.
What the site loads
Everything comes from zombie-scholar.com itself: fonts, styles and scripts are self-hosted. There is no analytics, no advertising and no social media widget. Share buttons are plain links that do nothing until you click them.
Searching
Searches run in your browser. Your search terms appear in the page address so you can share a search, and like any web request, the address reaches the hosting provider.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
When submissions open
Accounts and contributions will collect only what they need, and this page will be updated before that happens.
